Is it possible to request a specific room number?

It is not possible to request a room number. However, do not hesitate to contact us to help you book the room that would best suit your needs.

Is there heating or air-conditioning in my room?

Every room has a heating and air conditioning system.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

It is not possible to add an extra bed to rooms due to their architecture. However, our suites are equipped with sofa-bed which can accomodate 2 children.

Is it possible to bring a guest back to my room?

For security reasons, a salon is at your disposal for you to welcome your guest.

Are there rooms with balcony?

Yes, we have rooms with Parisian balconies.

Do you provide cot for children?

A cot can be set up in your room upon request for any child under the age of 2 year-old. 

Is the room equipped with a hairdryer?

Yes, all our rooms have a hairdryer.

Can a double room accommodate a 3-person stay?

For security reasons, a double room can not accomodate three person. We invite you to contact our reception to assist you in booking the right room for the number of people participating in your stay. 

Do you have connecting rooms?

No, our hotel Terminus Lyon do not own communicating rooms.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

Our hotel do not dispose of smocking-rooms. 

Is it possible to get a refund for a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer?

Non-cancelable and non-refundable offers guarantee the lowest available rate at the time you booked. In order to benefit from this offer, the payment is required and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification. However, we invite you to contact us in case you are unable to attend in order to explore the possibility of a deferral of the amounts received. Please note that any request will be transferred to our sales department, which alone will be able to decide. 

Is the rate indicated per person or per room?

Our rates are indicated per room. However, additional services are to be paid according to the number of persons. The tourist tax is payable per person, regardless of the initial reservation. 

Is breakfast included to the room rate?

Our prices do not include breakfast, unless otherwise indicated or a specific promotion. 

Which credit cards are accepted?

All credit cards are accepted. 

Are taxes included?

All taxes are included in the rate except the tourist tax, which is payable per person per day. 

What is the cancellation policy of this hotel?

Cancellation conditions differ from one reservation to another. We invite you to check the reservation confirmation or to contact our reservation department for more information. 

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Reservations made on our website can be modified or cancelled directly from the confirmation email. However, if you are not sure about the penalties for changes or cancellations, please contact us. 

What are the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in time is from 3:00 pm and the rooms must be vacated before 11:00 am. Nevertheless, we invite you to contact us in order to inquire about our offers for any request for early arrival or late departure time.

Is it possible to arrive earlier or to extend my stay?

Upon availability, we will be pleased to welcome you prior your initial arrival date or to enjoy a longer stay. Please contact us for more informations.

Which languages are spoken at the Front Desk?

Our reception is multilingual. We speak French, English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Armenian and Iranian.

Is the hotel adapted for people with disabilities?

Our hotel is not equiped enough to welcome people with reduced mobility.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel, be it any size or species.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

Yes, there is a lift at the hotel.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We have a breakfast room within our hotel. Our restaurant La Fosca' welcomes you for your lunch and dinner.

Does the hotel have a bar?

Yes, we have a salon with a bar menu

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?

Yes, our luggage service is available at your arrival and departure.

Our luggage room is at the moment not available. For your comfort, we have allocated a room to serve as a secure luggage room.

Does the hotel have a car park?

Our hotel does not own any private parking lots. However, less than 100m away is located a secure parking lot, at the Gare de Lyon.

Does the WiFi is provide in the hotel?

Yes, you will have free WiFi access throughout the hotel.

Is there a business center in the hotel?

Every room has a desk. Our salon is also at your disposal if you wish to work or read a book there.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

Our receptionists will be happy to help you book tickets for museums and other entertainments. They can assist you in finding the best restaurants in the area.

Does the hotel have a dry-cleaning service?

You can entrust us your things to be cleaned before 9 am for an express cleaning.

Does the hotel have a babysitting service?

Our hotel does not have a baby-sitting service.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, clean towels are at your disposal in each rooms.

Where can I find an adapter?

We have adapters for all plugs on request at the reception.

Is there a taxi rank near the hotel?

The nearest taxi-station is 100m away, on the boulevard Diderot.

What are the nearest metro / train stations?

Metro station: Gare de Lyon line 1, 14 and RER A

Can I benefit from an airport/station shuttle?

We have several partnerships with private transportation providers. We invite you to contact our reception desk to find out more.

What is the price of a taxi from the airport?

The taxi rate from CDG airport is 58€ and 32€ from Orly airport.
